●Material Selection
HERO METAL uses 6063-T5 aluminum alloy material, which is a kind of raw material with corrosion resistance and good toughness.
●Design Drawings
Each product needs a professional mold master to design CAD drawings before the mold is opened. Provide professional solutions in strict accordance with customer requirements.
●Mold
For mold materials, the machining accuracy is high, Hero Metal has strict standards to ensure the accuracy of the mold and the smooth surface process of the extruded profile.
●Extrusion process
In this process, we strictly follow the requirements of the extruder to control various parameters of the aluminum rod temperature and extrusion speed. There will be certain deviations after extrusion of industrial aluminum profiles. After forming, a straightening machine should be used. Carry out straightening correction, and correct the industrial aluminum profile that has just been extruded to within the required tolerance range. The straightening correction must be completed by a straightening machine to ensure its accuracy.
●Cutting
After the aluminum profiles are extruded, they need to be neatly arranged on the bracket for cooling and air-drying, waiting for the final shape to be inspected, and then cut to the required length. If there is a problem it will be re-manufactured.
●Pvc trim production
In order to strengthen the protection of the surface texture, we use PU transparent baking varnish to protect the surface to be waterproof and moisture-proof, and the lasting luster and color are comparable to marble. The surface treatment adopts thermal transfer printing coating technology, and the production of thermal transfer printing makes the stone texture of the tile trim clear.
●Punching Hole
Each order will be customized according to the customer's requirements, with accurate size and control of size and hole spacing
●Surface treatment: support powder coating, anodizing
The aluminum profiles are placed in the electrolyte, then energized, and an oxide film is formed on the surface of the billet by applying an external current. Through the control of processing technology standards, the corrosion-resistant surface performance of the product is improved.
●Quality Control
QC will control the entire production process of the product, from extrusion to packaging and delivery of finished products, and make inspection marks to ensure product quality.
●Packaging Options
A Ordinary packaging: plastic bag/pearl cotton + carton/woven tape/composite paper/plastic bag (two ends of the woven tape are sealed with composite paper), wooden pallet/iron pallet, iron frame car.
B Floor tile strip packaging:
1) Simple packaging: single bag, carton
2) Supermarket packaging: single stick film/separator + single stick label + 5/10 sticks in plastic bags or over plastic + carton

Support sea and land transportation. You can choose the ports of Shenzhen, Foshan and Guangzhou.
